I just paid for 2 vouchers for your place but I didn’t get to address them to the recipients or print them off. what do I do now

I’m sorry you’re having trouble gifting your vouchers, but fear not! You can still gift tem from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.
Select this order and then Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.
If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.
If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

The best way to print your voucher is from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.
From there, simply select Print Voucher.
