I’m looking to book this for my nephew who will be 18 in April.In the small print it says 12+,I’m checking to see if he’s still ok to do it at this age?The reason I’m asking is that it says Junior experience.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid junior drivers must be aged between 12 – 16 years and proof of age will need to be presented on the event day.

Hi there. I purchase a voucher as a birthday gift for my son however when I went to book the date with the location I have now been told there is a ‘voluntary’ insurance of £25 which in the circumstances is not voluntary as I don’t image many individuals having the spare cash to replace one of these vehicles. This is not mentioned anywhere on your offer that I could find.
May I ask what are my options please?

I can confirm the insurance upgrade is optional - it's up to you whether they want to include it or not. It starts at £25 & covers damages up to £5000.

What to expect

  • Drive one or two supercars for 10 minutes each & get 2 hot laps with a professional in an Ariel Atom

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 May 2021 until Sun 28 Nov 2021, selected Fri, Sat & Sun dates 9am - 5pm; additional midweek dates may become available subject to availability and demand.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked, voucher cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 12 - 16. Proof of age required. No previous driving experience is required.

Duration approx. 1hr 30mins for the full experience.

Drive one or two supercars for 10 minutes each around the purpose built separate junior circuit, then be driven by a professional race driver for 2 laps in an Ariel Atom on the full Ingliston race circuit.

Choosing from: Ferrari California, Lamborghini LP560 Spyder, Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster, Nissan GTR, Audi R8 or Porsche 911; cars are subject to availability and may change.

Max of 1 person per session.

Drivers shorter than 4’11 or taller than 6’6 and/or weighing more than 19 stone may have difficulty being accommodated; please discuss directly.

Comfortable clothing with thin-soled shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided.

The weather is changeable at short notice, so remember to bring warm clothing, a waterproof coat and umbrella. Cover in inclement weather not guaranteed.

Meeting point: Ingliston Circuit, Business Centre, EH28 8NB.

An optional upgrade to include insurance will be offered at time of booking.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
