Option 3 is valid 7 days a week, excluding 19th and 20th of April, the 24th and 25 of May, and the 4th to the 7th, the 10th and the 22nd of June; subject to availability. This option is valid until Sunday the 30th of June.

Please note a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays on each option; payable directly to the hotel.

Hello there,

The description states maximum of 1 child per room (under 12). Does that mean a child can stay extra to 2 adults, or maximum of overall 2 people? I am looking to do a getaway with the kids, that’s 1 adult, 1 over 12 (so classed as second adult), 1 under 12 (classed as 1 child for £10 extra without breakfast).

Option 1 is valid until Sun 30 Jun 2019; Sun only; excludes 21 Apr, 26 May, Jun 23 2019.

Option 2 is valid until Sat 29 Jun 2019; Mon – Sat only; excludes 19 & 20 Apr, 24 & 25 May, 4-7, 10 & 22 Jun 2019; a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Option 3 is valid until Sun 30 Jun 2019; 7 days; excludes 19 & 20 Apr, 24 & 25 May, 4-7, 10 & 22 Jun 2019; a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Standard twin/double room with superior package included.

Superior package includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a daily complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Max of 1 children permitted per room; children are classed as 12 yrs and under; a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required with no meals included.

No pets permitted, except guide dogs.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel when booking if a fully accessible room is required.

Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
