I have contacted the Killin Hotel direct who have confirmed availability on the date I’m looking

I phoned to ask availability before booking only ot be told they can't tell me and I have to book via itison. This is rubbish as I will then need to wait for a refund if the date I want is not available. Not very helpful and is putting me off booking!

Why can't you check availability BEFORE buying? If the date wanted isn't available it is rather inconvenient to then have to wait for a refund. On 5pm hotel deals you can check availability before buying, so why not with itison?

2 night stay for two with a 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Fri 6 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 5 Oct and 1 – 2 Nov 2019.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.

Standard double or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: four poster or king size room - £15; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Include 2 courses from set menu; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Supplementary charges may apply; please discuss and pay directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.

Free parking available on site.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 5's stay free, ages 5 – 14 years required a supplementary charge of £15 per night per child including breakfast; additional meals charged as taken. Ages 15+ are classed as adults.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
