What’s happened to the 1 night dinner option or 2 night stay, they aren’t even showing as sold out?

I'm afraid both of these options for this deal are currently unavailable, I'm sorry for the disappointment. We're hoping to get more vouchers back on sale within the next few days though, so be sure to check back!

Having read this, the two night deal was never there, as I saw the deal as soon as it was live. If and when the deal will be re advertised would be good to know. If it said sold out then that’s fine, simply to be showing nothing is a bit frustrating and wouldn’t have generated this email

I'm afraid the option for a 2-night stay is now sold out.

We still have deals available for a 1-night stay, however, I'm afraid multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

What to expect

  • Overnight for two with breakfast

Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 12-31 Dec 2022 & 1-15 Jan 2023.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Snug double room available.

Stay can be upgraded or extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Children permitted. Ages 3 and under - free of charge, 4-12 - £25 per child, 13+ - £50 per child including breakfast; payable directly.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
