After I purchase the voucher do I need to book in advance or can I just turn up without booking?
If advance booking is required, how far in advance?
What happens if it is fully booked on the days/times that I'm free and I cannot therefore use the voucher?

With covid is there limited spaces on board so when buying this best to book what if we get there and weather is Typical Scottish weather do we get refund as we travelling 70mins to your destination

I can confirm advance booking is required. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Sailings are weather dependent.

Voucher is valid from Wed 12 May 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Mon - Fri. Cruises depart at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm; afternoon tea is served 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sat - Sun and 31 May 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Suitable for all ages.

Duration: 45 minutes sailing.

Under 16s afternoon tea package available at a supplementary charge of £12 for children's menu plus 45 minutes sailing; please discuss and book directly with Loch Katrine. Under 5s ticket is £5 and can be purchased directly from Loch Katrine.

Includes afternoon tea, taken after sailing, in the Steamship Cafe at the Trossachs Pier. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Tables required back after 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available only in the Steamship Cafe.

Sailings are weather dependent.

Meeting point for sailing: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling FK17 8HZ.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
