Hello, just to let you know that the information on surcharge is wrong. You have stated that there is a £20 surcharge for a Saturday night stay but I have just been charged extra for a Friday night stay .

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast and optional dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two with breakfast both mornings and 2 course dinner on the first night

    Choose from Jul - Sept or Oct - Mar dates

Jul - Sept options: Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Oct - Mar options: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 3 Jan 2021. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking for Oct - Mar and 7 days before booking for Jul - Sept.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Country lodge double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes 2 course meal each. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Excludes seafood and steak dishes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Table required back after 2 hours. Max 3 vouchers per table. 2 night stay: Dinner is for the first night only.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 12s sleeping in same bed £15, under 18s requiring separate bed £50. Both include breakfast. 

Max of 1 pet permitted; please discuss with hotel when booking.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
