Voucher is valid from Sat 20 Nov 2021 until Sun 9 Jan 2022, 10am - 3pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Trail takes place on 20, 21, 27, 28 Nov, 4, 5, 11, 12, 18-24, 26-31 Dec 2021 and 2-9 Jan 2022 only.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at a time.

Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Adult tickets are for over 13s, child tickets are for 12 years and under. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please purchase directly.

A ticket is required for each person taking part in the trail.

Any additional people or extras can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.

Duration approx: 1 - 2 hrs.

Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.

Meeting point: Loch Lomond Faerie Trail Silver Airstream in Luss South Car Park.

Ticket entry is timed. Please arrive as close as possible to your booked arrival slot.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Not recommended for buggies and pushchairs.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
