There are two steps at the entrance to Loch Long which may make it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Nov 2021 - Mar 2022: 

Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Nov 2021 until Sun 27 Mar 2022, 7 days.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Apr - Jun 2022: 

Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Apr 2022 until Mon 27 Jun 2022; 7 days

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

General

Bookings are subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

5 bedroom house: 3 large ensuite double rooms, 1 single room with bunk beds and 1 large twin room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Children permitted; 1 highchair and 1 travel cot are available.

Pets are permitted; please discuss with the property if you have a query about your pet.

Prosecco afternoon tea can be pre-ordered; please discuss direct.

No wheelchair access available

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
