I'm happy to let you know voucher option 1 does include complimentary use of the Thermal Suite between 7am-9am and 7pm-9pm Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. The use of the facilities outside these times will be charged. If you'd like to discuss this further please contact the hotel directly prior to purchase.

This voucher is valid fro a choice of a facial, Oriental scalp, neck & shoulder massage, manicure or pedicure only, so the treatment couldn't be substituted even if the time is upgraded.

I would like to book but wonder how many days of staying will be also I want to know the weekend days are included
Saturday and Sunday and if I want to stay the night before from Friday and spend all day of Saturday then leave Sunday morning, is this possible ?

I have tried to call the hotel to book my nights stay but can’t get through. Can you advise how I book my stay (1st time I’ve got a voucher through itison. ) also if u can’t get the day I want how do I get a refund.

Choice of treatment:
- Facial
- Oriental scalp, neck & shoulder massage
- Manicure

Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Jun 2018, Mon – Thur; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays – Sundays and 7, 9, 30 May, 7 Jun 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 31 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin executive room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a garden suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main from the set dinner menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following starter: pan seared scallops £2, mains: 8oz Sirloin £5, 8oz fillet £7.50; payable directly to hotel.

Option 2 includes a 2 course spa lunch choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Option 2 includes a 40 minute treatment per person and 1 hour access to the thermal experience for over 16’s only; please advise hotel of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment at time of booking.

Treatment can be upgraded to 55 minutes for a supplementary charge of £20 per person; payable directly to hotel.

Free parking available.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
