Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm vouchers for midweek stays are valid until Wednesday 29th March and weekend stays are valid until Friday 31st March

We have some great deals in the pipeline though so I'd recommend keeping an eye on the website and across our social media channels for similar deals with expiry dates in June.

Looking to book the 3 bedroom lodge with hot tub. Does it take a dog and is it available from 24/3. Cheers. Janetta

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to confirm dogs are permitted for a supplementary charge of £40 per dog; please discuss and pay directly to the venue.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Midweek stay: Voucher is valid until Wed 29 Mar 2023, valid for Mon & Wed check-ins. Excludes Tue & Thu - Sun check-ins.

Weekend stay: Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, valid for Fri check-ins. Excludes Sat - Thu check-ins.

All stays exclude 19 Dec 2022 - 8 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

All guests are required to contact Lomond Luxury Lodges 1 week prior to arrival with card details to pre-authorise for a refundable security deposit of £500 per lodge.

Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with Lomond Luxury Lodges.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Stay can be extended by one night for a supplementary charge of £139; payable directly to the lodge.

Valid for Montrose or Ben Lomond lodge only.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Please note: hot tub hours are strictly 10am-10pm, music is not allowed to be played outside as a courtesy to other guests.

Free onsite parking available.

Children permitted and included in headcount.

Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £40 per dog; please discuss and pay directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
