I can confirm this voucher is valid from Mon 21 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. So I'm afraid it won't be accepted next Saturday.

Hi. A comment rather than a question. I had contacted the hotel to check availability before buying the voucher. They advised that the date I wanted (23rd Nov) is excluded. Although this is not mentioned in small print.

Hi, How do you book the date you want with the hotel? We're looking for one night, checking in on 26th October and checking out on 27th October. We don't want to buy the voucher if we can't be sure our dates are available. Please let me know.

Thankyou it does. Can I also ask if we purchase the voucher including the dinner if the guests would rather purchase something from the a la Carter menu can that be done? Obviously at extra cost to them? Or could the £30 allowance be used against purchases from the other menu? Thanks

Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 28 Oct, 15, 16, 19, 23, 28 – 30 Nov, 7, 8, 14, 20, 21, 24, 25 and 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan, 5, 14 – 16 Feb and 5 – 6 Mar 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: classic - £30, executive - £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

On-street parking available.

Option 2 & 3: 3 course dinner will be served in Bukharah Indian restaurant. Set menu only. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Children permitted. Max 1 child per room. Under 3yrs are free of charge. Children aged 3-16yrs require a supplementary charge of £20 plus an extra charge for dinner' payable directly to the hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to the hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
