A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly to RiverBeds.

I’m trying to book the lodge with the hot tub with itison but how do I know if there is availability on the 7th / 10 ? It doesn’t show me any dates but at the same time it shows available without any calendar.

Hello! How do I use the voucher once I have purchased it. I am buying it as an Xmas present. Do they just go online and use a prompt code, or do they phone up to book, and pass the code you get when purchased. I’m assuming they won’t have to pay anything?

What to expect

  • 1 night stay for two with a private hot tub
  • 2 night stay for two with a private hot tub and breakfast

Voucher is valid until Fri 28 Apr 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £100 is required for Friday & Saturday stays; payable direct.

Excludes 23 Dec 2022 - 7 Jan, 10-25 Feb and 31 Mar - 15 Apr 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Vouchers are subject to availability.

Online bookings only.

Once booked, voucher is non-changeable or refundable. Peace of mind cover is available for a supplementary charge of £15; payable directly.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Luxury Wee Lodge available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Option 2: Includes fresh milk, warm croissants, local bread and a homemade granola pot delivered to your lodge each morning.

Children permitted when included in the headcount.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
