Hi

Can you advise of availability of specific dates?

I am interested in this deal but would require 2 nights from fri 8/2 to sun 10/2 specifically. I would like to check if these dates are possible before purchasing.

So when booking how do I book my children in? They are 11 and 12? Do we just pay for there dinners?

A max of 2 children are permitted and children aged up to 12 stay free of charge including breakfast only. You can add your children to your stay at the time of booking; please discuss directly with the hotel.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with dinner and breakfast

2 night stay for two with dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 26, 30, 31 Dec 2018, 1 Jan & 9, 14, 16 Feb 2019.

A supplementary charge is required per stay for the following stays: Friday £10 and Saturday £40; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available. 

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £25 dinner allowance for Rafters Bar & Bistro or Garden Restaurant; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.

Rafters Bistro has seasonal opening hours and may not be available during your stay; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Breakfast is a choice of continental or cooked.

Includes access to the leisure club and pool plus 20% off any pre-booked spa treatments booked 48 hrs prior to arrival.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 2 child permitted; children aged up to 12 stay free of charge including breakfast only. Dinner charged as taken; payable directly to the hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Dogs must be kept on a leash whilst entering and exiting the hotel and in the lounges and are not permitted in either of the restaurants. Dogs must be removed from rooms to allow housekeeping access.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
