Questions and answers

Hi there. I am confused about the valid for 7 days clause. Does that mean that after I buy it, I have to use it within 7 days?
Also we are a party of 10, so obviously 5 vouchers. How do I find out what dates accept multiple vouchers?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm happy to let you know the voucher is valid 7 days a week meaning, you can use it any day of the week instead of only on selected days.

To check their availability before buying a voucher, please contact Norwood Hall directly and they'll be happy to discuss.

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two with optional glass of Champagne

Voucher is valid from Fri 19 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sep 2019, 7 days 1pm – 5pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Sep 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 5 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 2 includes 125ml glass of Champagne each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
