Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Apr 2019 until Tue 30 Jul 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 2, 5, 16, 26, 27 & 30 May, 9 & 20 Jun and 7, 21, 24 & 28 Jul 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max of 3; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Deluxe or deluxe balcony double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 includes traditional afternoon tea on arrival and will be served with tea or coffee each. Set menu only; subject to change.

Option 3 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance to be used in The Conservatory bistro. Members can upgrade to dine in AA Rosette Library Restaurant for an additional £20pp (payable direct) for a £40pp spend. Menus are samples and subject to seasonal change. 

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Members can use the spa facilities from 10am on the day of arrival until 4pm on day of departure.

Wheelchair access available.

Max of 2 children under 14 permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night inc breakfast; please confirm with the hotel at time of booking.

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per room per pet per night; payable directly to the hotel. Please contact Matfen Hall directly for further details on rooms suitable for pets.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
