Hi,

Looking to buy the voucher for a one night stay for two people with one dog. How is this redeemed as on the Melville Castle website the price is more than £89 which leaves me thinking I might need to pay extra on top of the £89?

What to expect

  • Overnight for two with breakfast OR
  • 2 night stay for two with afternoon tea on the first day and breakfast each morning OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a £50 dinner voucher to use on the first night and breakfast each morning
  • All stays include the option to bring 1 pet

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan and 12 - 14 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Classic double or twin room available. Please note there are a limited number of superior rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Option 2: Includes afternoon tea on the first day.

Option 3: Includes a £50 voucher to be used on food only from the à la carte menu; subject to change. Voucher spend is to be used in full, no change will be given. Dinner is on the first night only.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Max of 1 child permitted on an added bed; children are classed as ages 12 and under. Please discuss directly with the hotel. Additional beds are only available in superior rooms and require a supplementary charge of £25 per person per night. Please discuss with and pay directly.

Max of 1 pet permitted free of charge.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
