If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can confirm you shouldn't have to enter an issue number at our checkout - you'll only ever be asked for your card number, the name on your card, the expiry date and the CV2 number on the back.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Sept 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.

Non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon. 

Double or twin classic room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: privilege room £25 or suite £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 includes a £22 per person dinner allowance towards the Brasserie menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival, please advise the hotel of your preference at time of booking.

Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 5 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken, using the existing bedding.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
