Before I purchase the voucher, I can’t see how to book. Is it phone booking only or online, I would rather find out the dates are available before having to arrange a refund of the voucher

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival & breakfast OR 
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, £22pp dinner allowance & breakfast

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Option 1: excludes 23-26, 30-31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

Options 2-3: excludes 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 23-26, 30-31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Standard twin or double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: privilege - £25, superior - £50 payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Options 2 - 3: Includes a £22pp dinner allowance. Menus can be viewed here; subject to change. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only. Max of 2 people per table.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Includes a bottle of wine on arrival. Please choose red or white at the time of booking.

Max of 2 children permitted free of charge when sharing with 2 adults; children are classed as ages 14 and under. Families (2 adults and 2 children) must be accommodated in a superior room with a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night. Breakfast is included; all other meals charged as taken.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
