I’m this day and age it’s a disgrace that they do not offer gluten-free or dairy free options. Just offering vegan alone is not enough, very niche market they are catering to!

I've just booked a voucher for morning tea for my daughters birthday, I booked 2 tickets and paid 32.00; just noticed its a voucher sent for one morning tea. I asked for a gift email to be sent to her; lisakane01@yahoo.co.uk. Is this a booking for 2 people?

I’ve had morning tea on 3 occasions & thoroughly enjoyed the food & great service. Always thought it a very good offer.
However the menu has changed & is not nearly so generous or tasty as previously.
Very disappointing.

What to expect

  • Morning tea for one or two with a choice of tea or filtered coffee and an optional glass of Cava OR Champagne

Voucher is valid from Fri 13 Jan 2023 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days 10am - 2pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 6 people per table.

Morning tea only from a set menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. No vegan, gluten / wheat free options available

Includes a choice of tea or filtered coffee each

Options to include a glass of Cava or Champagne each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins.

Wheelchair access available via a lift at the east side of the steps.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
