What is the promo code? It’s not on the site

Hi Bob,

Thanks for getting in touch!

You shouldn't need a promotional code to complete your order. If you select your voucher type and quantity and then enter your payment card details, your order should go through successfully. You'll then be sent an itison voucher code that can be redeemed on the website.

What to expect

3, 5 or 10 issues of National Geographic Traveller magazine

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jun 2019 until Sat 31 Aug 2019; subject to availability. 

Multiple purchases are permitted.

Free UK mainland P&P.

Valid for 3, 5 or 10 issues.

Magazines are sent approx. 10th of each month.

Direct Debit details required to complete order.

Once your order is complete your subscription will renew and will be chargeable by Direct Debit unless cancelled.

Option 1 will renew every 3 months for £9.

Option 2 will renew every 6 months for £18.

Option 3 will renew every 12 months for £34.50.

To cancel your Direct Debit please call 01293 312166 between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Refunds cannot be requested after voucher has been redeemed.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. 

We hope you’re delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we’re happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods. 

In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
