How do we book the biking?

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

It mentions you can add on a child's seat, can this be added to the tandem bike? I have a 2 year old and a 12 year old aswell as my husband and I, so just looking to see what offer would suit us. Thanks

I'm afraid they're unable to attach a child's seat on to a tandem bike but they can attach a buggy for an additional £15 payable directly to On Your Bike.

What to expect

All day hire of a tandem or two bicycles including helmets and baskets OR

3 hour electric scooter hire for one or two OR

2 hour kayak hire for two

Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Oct 2019; 7 days, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 15 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Same day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed; subject to availability.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Please note under 16s must be supervised by an adult for kayak and tandem/bicycle hire.

Option 1: All day hire of a tandem or two bicycles including helmets and baskets -
- Under 16s must be supervised by an adult.
- Hire duration: all day (up to 8 hours).
- Helmets are provided.
- Child seats can be included at no additional charge, max weight 22kgs; please discuss when booking.

Options 2 & 4: 3 hour electric scooter hire for one or two -
- Over 16s only.
- Hire duration: 3 hours.
- Max total weight of 22 stone to ride the electric scooter.
- Helmets are provided.
- Please note a £20 cash only deposit is required when renting electric scooters; card payments cannot be accepted.
- A £5 supplement can be paid for pillion passenger; payable directly to On Your Bike.

Option 3: 2 hour kayak hire for two -
- Members must be able to swim to use kayaks.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Must be aged 12+ for own kayak.
- Hire duration: 2 hours.
- Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times.
- Option of 2 x single kayaks or 1 x double kayak; subject to availability.
- Casual, comfortable clothes to be worn when kayaking.

Waiver must be completed before taking part in any activity; an adult must complete one for anyone under the age of 16.

Max of 6 people per group/activity.

Members must be relatively fit and healthy to participate in all activities. Please consult a doctor before if you have a serious medical condition; please discuss directly.

Charges will apply if any equipment is damaged.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
