In the small print it says no wheelchair access yet the venue does have wheelchair access.
Why not allowing wheelchairs????

  • Afternoon tea for two or four with optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Apr 2023 until Thu 31 Aug 2023, 7 days 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 18 Jun 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 24 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.

Options 2 & 4: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 90 mins.

Wheelchair access available. 

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
