I have bought a voucher for ‘pink gin’ or thought I have bought a voucher & applied the voucher code to order online but the purchase price is still £29.99 not £18!
Is this a scam?

Thanks for getting in touch!

When redeeming your voucher online, you can enter your itison voucher code in the box marked 'Do you have a promo/voucher code?'. After this is applied, the amount paid for your voucher should deduct from the total, and all that's left to pay will be P&P.
