I’m trying to use a gift card as part payment but message is “can’t find the code” I’m typing in the number on the back of the gift card. Am I missing something? Thank you

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm the gift card code is the letters and numbers at the bottom of the front of the gift card.

Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2023; 7 days; subject to availability.

Union Square Mon - Fri 9am - 9pm, Sat 9am - 7pm, Sun 10am - 6pm.

Cults: Mon - Wed 10am - 7pm, Thu & Fri 9am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 6pm.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Fri, Sat & Sun bookings; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 2.

Treatment can be adapted during breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly. Pregnancy massage may be available upon request; please discuss direct.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 50 minutes inc 10 minutes consultation.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
