If not, I would need to cancel and hopefully get a refund!

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a 2 course dinner and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jun 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in after 2pm, check-out 10.30am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 1 child permitted; ages 2 and under stay free, ages 3 – 12 years require a supplementary charge and ages 13+ are classed as adult; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
