What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a superior room with dinner allowance, breakfast and glass of Prosecco OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a superior room with glass of Prosecco, dinner allowance and breakfast both mornings OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a Junior suite with bottle of Prosecco, early check-in, cream team, dinner, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Mar 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020; 7 days; subject to availability.

Options 1-3:A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Options 4: A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Options 1 - 3: Superior twin/queen-size/king-size room only. Check-in 1pm, check-out 11am. Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival. 

Option 4: junior suite only. Check-in 12noon, check-out 12noon. Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: junior suite - £25, master suite (very limited availability) - £25; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 - 4 includes a £60 dinner allowance for one night of the stay only, valid on food and drink; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. A supplementary charge of £7 is required for steaks and £5 for shellfish; payable directly to restaurant.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 10 and under. Under 5’s stay free of charge; supplementary charge of £35 per child aged between 5-10yrs for bed and breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

The hotel have an early evening high tea menu for children. Babies and small children are not permitted in the dining room for evening meals.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at the hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
