I have purchased the voucher for £79 as that is for a Saturday night, do I need to pay any additional costs? It's not very clear

It's no problem to let you know a supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Would like a voucher for friends. To stay a Saturday night but on a date to be chosen by them, to include two course dinner and breakfast and check out not before 12 noon. To be used January/March 2022. Roughly the cost please

What to expect

  • Overnight for two with a bottle of wine on arrival and breakfast (valid Mon - Sat) OR 
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with with a bottle of wine on arrival, 2 course dinner and breakfast (valid 7 days)

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Sep 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon - Sat. Excludes Sun-Mon.

Options 2 and 3: Voucher is valid from Sun 19 Sep 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.
Excludes Sun - Mon in October and November and 3-4, 9-11, 15, 17-18, 24-25 & 31 Oct, 5-6 Nov, 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 24-26 and 31 Dec 2021, 1, 11-12, 18-19 and 25-26 Jan 2022.

General: bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a sea view room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a bottle of red or white house wine. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Options 2 and 3: Includes a 2 course dinner (starter/main or main/dessert) from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 2 children aged 0-12 years permitted. A supplementary charge of £15 inc breakfast and £20 inc dinner & breakfast is required per child per night; payable directly.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
