how do i use my credit voucher when purchasing this deal?

Hi Carol,

Thanks for getting in touch!

To apply your credit at our checkout, just select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows on your email and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

Many of our providers are happy to have a single person use their vouchers, however please note our prices and discounts are generally based on 2 people.

You are always welcome to contact the venue directly on 01796484900 to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid. As such, it may on occasion be cheaper for you to book directly with the hotel rather than use a voucher for a stay.

I'm happy to let you know our vouchers for a one night stay are £99.00 and a voucher for a two night stay is £169.00

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two including a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, breakfast each morning, leisure access and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 22 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: King room - £35, Standard family - £40, large family - £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a voucher for 20% off at The Coach House at Fisher's Hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in your room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 

Includes leisure access. Opening hours are as follows: spa 10am - 6pm, gym 7am - 9pm, swimming pool 7am - 9pm - last admission 8pm.

Max of 2 children permitted. Family room upgrade required at a supplementary charge of £40 for one child and £50 for 2 children; payable directly.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per stay; payable directly to hotel. Dog bookings will be in the Annex The Bank House. Pets are not permitted in the main hotel.

Please note that there is ongoing refurbishment work behind the scenes. There is no disruption to guests.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
