Could you confirm, is the £30 supp charger per night or per stay (as voucher is for two nights)

Four person cottage: a supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

 was wanting to double check  availability before purchasing for Thursday the 4th to Saturday the 6th or Friday 5th to Sunday 7th.  For 6 adult and 3 kids under 2.

Interested in the 3 bedroom cottage but would each room take a travel cot?.

Happy to book one bedroom cottage or if need be 1 2 bedroom cottage and a one bedroom cottage.

Also if the dates are not available can u give me an idea of what date are available for the accommodation we require.

What would the total price be for 3 people in a two bedroomed cottage for 2 nights. If another person wishes to join on one of the nights would there be an added cost?

Option 2 is £139.00 for a 2 night stay for up to six people in a 2 bedroom cottage. As the voucher is valid for up to six people, a fourth guest would be welcome to join for one of the nights.

  • 2 night stay for up to four people in a 1 bedroom cottage OR 
  • 2 night stay for up to six people in a 2 bedroom cottage OR 
  • 2 night stay for up to eight people in a 3 bedroom cottage 

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Four and six person cottages: Voucher is valid 7 days.

Eight person cottage: Voucher is valid Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri-Sat.

Excludes 24 Dec 2021 - 5 Jan and 11 - 20 Feb 2022.

Four person cottage: a supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Six person cottage: a supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am; a valid credit/debit card will be required at check-in.

1, 2 or 3 bed cottage available.

Towels and linen are provided.

Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount. Cot hire requires a supplementary charge of £5 per night; payable directly.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
