Questions and answers

It says 1 voucher per table does this mean you can only have a maximum of 2 people? What if there is 3 of you? Will this not be accommodated?

Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Scotland's Spa Hotel directly 01796 484 900 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

I can confirm we have four options available for this deal, so each option is either for 1 or 2 people, and 30 minute or 60 minute treatment -

Option 1 - Spa day for one inc 30 minute treatment, leisure access and afternoon tea at £59
Option 2 - Spa day for one inc 60 minute treatment, leisure access and afternoon tea at £79
Option 3 - Spa day for two inc 30 minute treatment, leisure access and afternoon tea at £115
Option 4 - Spa day for two inc 60 minute treatment, leisure access and afternoon tea at £145

What to expect

  • 30 or 60 min treatment, leisure access, robes, slippers & afternoon tea for one or two

Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday visits; payable directly to spa.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1 & 2 treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.

30 min treatments available: back, neck & shoulder massage, discovery facial and deep nourishing pedicure,

Options 3 & 4 treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.

60 minute treatment options: signature back massage, full body massage, signature facial and hearts of the ocean facial.

Treatments can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes leisure access from 7am – 9pm; includes a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, heated pool and gym.

Includes afternoon tea, served 12noon - 4pm. Menu is subject to change.

Max 1 voucher per table.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
