Due to the current unfortunate affairs I think itison and this business I feel your itison deals/vouchers should be extended to well into 2021

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know we've recently introduced our itison guarantee. If you buy something for your favourite business and your voucher can’t be used in the future due to the business closing, we’ll give you itison credit to the value of that voucher for a full 12 months from the date of issue.

What to expect

Spa day for one or two with a back massage, facial, scalp massage, use of the leisure facilities and a glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, Thu - Mon 9am – 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Includes 3 treatments: ESPA personalised facial; back, neck & shoulder massage and scalp massage.

Treatment can be tailored to suit during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with spa.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and a doctor’s note is required.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 75 mins with 25 mins per treatment.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes access to the leisure facilities; pool, steam room, sauna and gym.

A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required to hire robes and towels; payable directly to spa.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
