What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a drink on arrival and breakfast

Option 1 voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Option 2 voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, Dec: Sun – Thur, Jan – Apr 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays in December.

Both options exclude 24, 25, 31 Dec and 1, 8 – 11 Jan 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 2 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a welcome drink from the following: 175ml glass of red, white or rosé wine or a bottle of beer each; can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 includes 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Free onsite parking available. 

Please note hotel is within the University campus grounds.

On-site facilities include restaurants and cafes, shopping area with bank, newsagent and pharmacy, cinema and live arts theatre, laundry facilities (fees apply), 9-hole golf course (fees apply), free access to the sports centre, fitness suite and 50m Olympic length pool located on campus.

Children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free and ages 6 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £17.50 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.

No pets permitted; guide dogs only.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
