I have purchased 4 deals and went online to book which was successful however there did not appear to be any box to give voucher codes / I assume I will just hand over on the day - can you confirm please?

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Mon 24 May 2021 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days 10:15am - 5:15pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only; advance booking required.

Booking slots every half an hour daily from 10.15am - 5.15pm.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for children aged 5 plus.

Duration of tour approx. 45-60 mins.

Wheelchair access is limited due to the nature of the building; the top floor and observation tower are not accessible.

Free parking available at the Old Town Jail.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
