Hi. Just bought this deal but when I book my time slot and put in the code it still asks for my card details. Am I doing something wrong?

Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days 10.15am - 5.15pm; subject to availability.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Advanced booking required.

Booking slots every half an hour daily from 10.15am - 5.15pm.

Option 1: entry for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.

Option 2: entry for 2 adults and 2 children.

Suitable for all ages; under 5s go free and children are classed as ages 5 – 16 years.

Additional child tickets can be purchased for £6.00 (5-16 yrs) on arrival; payable directly to the venue.

Duration of tour approx. 45-60 mins.

Free parking available at the Old Town Jail.

Wheelchair access available; please note top floor and observation tower are not accessible.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
