Hi, I purchased this voucher as a Christmas
Gift for my husband in early in December (12/12/20) before the current lockdown rules were imposed. We live in Aberdeen City and currently we are not allowed to travel to Stonehaven as it is outside of our local authority boundary. This rule is in place until at least the end of February, making it impossible to use the voucher under current restrictions. If the lockdown continues beyond the voucher validity date what will happen please. Is it possible to get a refund or extend the voucher validity date should lockdown continue beyond its expiry date?

I'm really sorry you haven't been able to use your voucher so far, but I'm happy to let you know the expiry date of your voucher has been extended to the 30th of April 2021. Just make sure to book before the 9th of April so you don't miss out.
Otherwise, we're happy to issue credit for the value of your voucher to spend on itison over the next 12 months. To request credit for your voucher simply sign in to your account and head to My Vouchers. From there:
- Select View Voucher for the order in question.
- Select Get help with this voucher.
- Select I’d like to cancel my voucher.
- Choose the reason for your cancellation request from the drop-down menu, add a comment and select Request a cancellation.
Just make sure to submit your request before the 9th of April to ensure it can be processed.
