Hi we have been trying to get in touch for 2 days for availability but we cannot get through to anyone. I have also emailed but have no reply. Could you please advise how else I could get in contact?

Thanks for getting in touch.

Most venues are now planning to reopen but please bear with them as they adapt to the current circumstances. It may be better to email rather than call, and replies may take a little longer than usual but they will get back to you asap.

If you can't book your preferred dates after purchasing a voucher, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can confirm standard double or twin rooms are available with this deal. Rooms can be upgraded to a sea view room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to the hotel. If you'd like to discuss the possibility of upgrading to a family room you are welcome to contact Balmacara Hotel directly on 01599 537044 and they'll be happy to advise.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with breakfast each morning OR
  • 2 or 3 night stay for two with £20pp dinner spend on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Thur 15 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 Nov 2020 - 31 Jan 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. 

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a sea view room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a £20pp dinner spend. Valid against a set menu on the first night only. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten and wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note voucher spend must be used in full. No change will be given.

Max of 2 children permitted; under 5s stay free, ages 5 – 12 years required a supplementary charge of £25 per child inc breakfast per night; payable directly to hotel. Ages 13+ are classed as adults.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available.
