Do I book my stay directly with the hotel, after receipt of my voucher?

You will be able to make your booking over the phone directly with the hotel after purchase.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I'm happy to let you know children are permitted. Under 12's can be accommodated in a family room for a supplement of £30 per room, per night including breakfast. If you pay this child supplement, you don't then need to pay a room upgrade supplement. Under 2s are free of charge and cots are available, subject to availability.

You can also make a booking for tomorrow, subject to availability at the hotel.

Overnight stay for two with a drink on arrival, breakfast, full leisure access and late check-out OR

2 night stay for two with a drink on arrival, dinner on the first night, breakfast both mornings, full leisure access and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 – 27 Oct 2019, 22 Dec 2019 - 3 Jan 2020 an 13 - 15 Feb 2020.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior double £20, family room £30 or executive double £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes an arrival drink at the bar choosing from a glass of wine, pint of beer or spirit & mixer.

Option 2: includes dinner with a £20 per person allowance towards sample dinner menu; subject to change. Dinner is on the first night only. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
