I have paid for two nights stay but have not received voucher.

Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m sorry you can't find your vouchers.
It seems our recent emails bounced back to us because of a problem with your email address. I’d recommend contacting your email provider for help or using a different email address for your account.
In the meantime, you can view your vouchers when signed into your account by visiting www.itison.com/my/complete_orders.

I'm happy to let you know up to 2 dogs can stay for a supplement of £8 per dog, per night, payable directly to the hotel.

I'm afraid our 1 night stay option excludes Saturdays but our 2 night stay option is valid 7 days, subject to a supplement of £15 per night for Friday and Saturday stays.
