Hi booked the garrison fort William for 2 nights 75 x2 =150, 3/4 Oct, no problem but noticed I was sent 2 booking voucher codes can you confirm only £150.00 will be taken from my account

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking over the phone or via email by following the instructions on your voucher after purchase.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • One night room only stay for two OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two including 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 28 Sep 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and from Tue 26 Oct 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes: 30 Nov 2020 -  25 Apr and 1 May - 25 Oct 2021.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 1 night stay: Max 4 per person. 2 night stay: Max 2 per person. 

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Small double, standard double, kingsize double, superior kingsize rooms available; subject to availability. Rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis by the hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Room only.

Option 2 & 3: Includes 2 course dinner from a set menu on the first night; menu is subject to change. Max 4 vouchers per table. Please note that large parties cannot be guaranteed to be seated together; please discuss at time of booking. You will receive an order sheet at check-in for breakfast. A time will be allocated and breakfast will be delivered to your room. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Dinner will be served in the Ben Nevis Bar and Restaurant a short walk from the hotel at 103 High Street, Fort William, PH33 6DG.

Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per child per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
