You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins inc consultation; includes a choice of a personalised express Elemis facial OR a back, neck and shoulder massage. Please specify which option you have chosen when booking.

Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins inc consultation; includes a personalised express Elemis facial AND a back, neck and shoulder massage.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available; please note salon is unable to facilitate those who need help onto treatment bed.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
