Does the “valid 7 days” mean the voucher can be used 7 days a week or does it mean from purchasing the voucher I have 7 days to use it?

I'm happy to confirm this voucher is valid to use 7 days a week until Saturday the 29th of Feb 2020. Please note the voucher excludes the 25th, 26th and 31st of December 2019 and the 14th of February 2020.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 25 - 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 14 Feb 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 10am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Children permitted and classed as under 16s; rooms can be upgraded to a family room to accommodate a max of 2 children or a family suite for a max of 3 children; payable directly to hotel. children under 3 go free.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: Superior £10, Deluxe £25, Family Room (2 children) £44, Premier Deluxe Room £44, Family Suite (3 children) £60; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Free onsite parking.

No pets permitted.

Please note gatherings in rooms or room parties are not permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
