I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted in a family room; children are classed as ages 12 and under. Family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and require a £20 supplementary to upgrade the room and include breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Trying to book this deal however every time we follow the link from itison it takes us to the hotel page where they ask for our card details and then charge us £208 for the same deal. Have spoken to the hotel and they are zero help!

Of the dates don’t suit is it just itison credit I get refunded or back to my card? I see only option is January left but I can only go weekends?? And tried to ring the hotel to check before I booked but they said they can’t tell the itison vouchers if space ?

You need to speak to the hotel as I have phoned to do the upgrade to family room and they say it was itison made an error with the offer and no family rooms are available on this offer so total waste of time and effort for me. I’m awaiting your customer service team to respond and sort a refund if it isn’t available for children to come too which is clear on your fine print that 2 are eligible to come?

Jan stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 13 Jan 2022 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days. Excludes 15, 21-22 Jan 2022. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Feb stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days. Excludes 11-14 Feb 2022. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Mar stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. Excludes 6-12, 20-29 Mar 2022. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
