Hi
I wanted to check if there was availability for a particular date but when contacting the hotel they have advised it must be booked via itison booking service. This is unusual & I don’t want to book the voucher to then find out there is no availability for the date I am looking for. Can you assist? Thanks

I want to stay at the hydro hotel in pitlochry on the 5th 6th7th august but do not want to purchase the voucher incase they dont have these 3 consecutive notes available.
I phoned hotel and they werent able to tell me in advance without booking on itison first.
Is yhere anywaybyou can tell me if these dates are available please.yhank you.

Within the small print, the voucher excludes Sundays. Does this only apply to a stay beginning on a Sunday (So Sun-Mon), or does this include Saturday nights as well?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco, breakfast and leisure access

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Aug 2019 until Mon 30 Sep 2019, Mon - Sat; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays and 8, 21 – 23 Aug, 13 – 14 Sep 2019.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Sep 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.

Superior double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a premium room for £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes full leisure access including indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Max of 1 child permitted in a superior room; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a £15 supplementary charge per night inc breakfast. Family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and require a £25 supplementary to upgrade the room; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
