Sunday stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 May 2020 until Sun 28 Jun 2020, Sundays only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon-Sat, 17 May and 14 Jun 2020.

Mon - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May 2020 until Tue 30 Jun 2020, Mon - Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays, 28 Mar, 16, 23 May and 12 - 13 Jun 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.

Superior double or twin room available. Twin rooms must be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded to a premium room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes full leisure access including indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Max of 1 child permitted in a superior room; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a £15 supplementary charge per night inc breakfast. Family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and require a £25 supplementary to upgrade the room; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
