I just booked for 4 people. I gave my email address and also a gift email address. Neither has received any confirmation. So have absolutely no idea despite all my card details if this is actually booked and paid for or not?!! How do I go about finding out. Disappointed with the service right now if honest.

Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Thur 26 Mar 2020; Sun - Thur 10.15am - 5.30pm and Fri - Sat 10.15am - 9pm (January only); subject to availability.

Excludes 16 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan, 7 - 25 Feb 2020 and Fri - Sat (except in Jan).

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 26 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only; bookings must be made minimum 48 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.

Suitable for ages 5+. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Duration approx. 60 mins.

There are a total of 58 steps to be descended and 38 ascended as part of the tour. There is no lift access unfortunately. Many areas are dimly lit, and some guests may experience disorientation or claustrophobia.

Due to uneven surfaces and some steep inclines, sturdy footwear is recommended.

Option 3: Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.

No wheelchair access available on the guided tour. Full information of accessibility can be found here.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
