Although our getaway deals are typically for two people, most venues are more than happy to accept our vouchers for single occupancy. Please just keep in mind that no further discount can be applied to our voucher prices.

We would also say that it is generally worth checking with a venue before buying one of our vouchers, as some may be able to offer you a better deal directly for single occupancy.

  • Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
  • Excludes 2 - 3 Oct and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
  • Voucher must be booked by Mon 29 Nov 2021 (we don't want you to miss out!).
  • A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
  • Email bookings only; voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
  • Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
  • Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
  • Standard double or twin room available.
  • Rooms can be upgraded to a Royal room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.
  • Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
  • 2 or 3 night stay: Includes a 2 course dinner on one night choosing a starter/main or main/dessert from the a la carte menu; subject to change.  Excludes the 'Cheese Feast'. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following dishes; fillet steak £12, £8.50 for any other items in the steaks and Ash specialities sections of the menu; payable directly. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
  • Includes an arrival cocktail or mocktail each from the drinks menu; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
  • Continental breakfast included; option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast for a supplementary charge of £5pp, payable directly.
  • Max of 2 children permitted; children 0-6yrs stay free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge. 6-12yrs require a supplementary charge per child per night of £25 for BB and £44 for DBB. Please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
  • An additional adult can be added to the room for a supplementary charge of £34.50 for one night and £62.50 for two nights inc dinner on one night; please discuss and pay directly.
  • Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly.
  • Wheelchair access available.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
