Hi, It's a bit confusing re cost, can you confirm the option 2 deal is Two nights bed and breakfast for two people, 2 cocktails and two, two course dinners for £159? also, what happens if the Corona Virus is still around, & I think the voucher is only valid up till 30th December? We have stayed with you with your winter deal for the last 5 years.

I’m happy to let you know voucher option 2 is for a 2-night stay for two people with a cocktail each on arrival, a 2-course dinner on one night, breakfast both mornings and late check-out.

If you buy something for your favourite business and your voucher can’t be used in the future due to the business closing, we’ll give you itison credit to the value of that voucher for a full 12 months from the date of issue.

I'm afraid 01463 231926 is the only number we have for them too.

Most of the team at The Royal Highland Hotel may be on furlough at the moment which may be why you're only getting through to security.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Wed 16 Sep 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Fri & Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm.

Option 1: check-out 10.30am.

Option 2: late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a royal room for a supplementary charge of £29 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

An additional adult can be added to the room for a supplementary charge of £34.50 for one night and £62.50 for two nights inc dinner on one night; please discuss with and pay directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted; children 0-6yrs stay free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Cots and high chair are available free of charge; 6-12yrs require a supplementary charge per child per night of £25 for BB and £44 for DBB.

Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the a la carte menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following dishes; fillet steak £12, £8.50 for any other items in 'Steaks' and 'Ash' Specialities; payable directly to the restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Supplements may apply across menus; payable directly to restaurant.

Includes an arrival cocktail or mocktail each; options can be views here; subject to change.

Free onsite parking for 9 cars, subject to availability; parking also available within a 5 minute walk (rates approx. £5 – £7).

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
