What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two including a 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 4, 11, 16, 18, 24-27, 31 Dec 2021, 1-2, 22 Jan, 12, 20, 25 Feb and 9-12, 26 Mar 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: classic & superior room - £10 and suite - £30; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner (starter & main) from a set menu; subject to change. A supplement of £2pp is required for slow braised steak; payable direct. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available on request.  2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Children permitted. Those aged 3-14 years old require a supplementary charge of £25 including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. The max number of children permitted will be determined by room size; please discuss directly.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
