I can confirm the option for a one night stay excludes Saturdays, and the option for a two night stay is valid 7 days a week; subject to availability.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay with cream tea, a glass of Prosecco & homemade chocolates on arrival plus breakfast

1 night stay: 

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Thu 14 Apr 2022, Sun - Fri.

Excludes Saturdays and 4 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £10 for stays in Mar - Apr; payable directly.

2 night stay: 

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Thu 14 Apr 2022, 7 days.

Excludes 4-5 and 12 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays, £25 for Saturday stays and £10 for stays in Mar - Apr; payable directly.

General: 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to classic for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes cream tea, a 125ml glass of Prosecco each and homemade chocolates on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Dinner can be added for a £20pp supplementary charge; payable directly. You will receive a £25pp allowance to use on the daily dinner menu.

Max of 2 children permitted; children under 3 are free of charge, ages 3-11 require a supplementary charge of £15 and ages 12-16 require a supplementary charge of £20, including breakfast; payable directly.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly. Please note that the family bedrooms are not pet-friendly.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
